Ahead of my Spring 2016 graduation, I completed two interactive thesis projects. Both were inspired by the same futurist YA novel Uglies, by Scott Westerfeld, and complement each other so well that they blend into one overarching transmedia experience. Each academic program held a formal presentation of my work before graduation.

Narrative Studies Capstone: An adaptation of the novel's narrative into a three-scene interactive Unity game environment for PC.
Media Arts + Practice Honors Thesis: A speculative Arduino object exploring sensors' impact on privacy, inspired by the novel's future tech.
